When we finally deliver the goods, we will confirm whether the frequency of the mine is consistent with the customer’s delivery address area. If there is a discrepancy, we will on hold the order and contact you if you placed the order accidentally, or cancel the order.

Since the implementation of PoCv11, HNT does not allow the deployment of hotspots in inappropriate areas, and your hotspots will not work properly. Please make sure to set the hotspots in appropriate frequency.

You need to provide a detailed delivery address, contact information (telephone/email), and leave notes that can be achieved by logistics.

Please provide complete logistics information. Once the logistics label is created, your order address cannot be changed. You may be required by carrier to pay the address change fee, or bear the responsibility of return/lost loss.

Our shipping companies include: DHL/UPS or overseas warehouse delivery.

It takes 7-10 working days to ship from China, and 3-4 working days to ship from overseas warehouses.

We will ship the goods from the factory every Tuesday. Your shipping and declaration information will be directly import to the international transportation agent. It takes 1-3 working days after the order is generated. Can track packages logistics status on official website when you get tracking number.

It takes 2-5 working days after the goods are delivered to the international logistics agent.

We will update the tracking number to the official website in time, users can check it in their official account.

Customers independently bear international taxes and fees according to the local customs needs. If it is shipped from overseas warehouse, there is no need to pay tax.

If customer can’t receive the packages due to he/she fails to do customs clearance in time or lack of information, our company is not responsible. Remind, please be careful not to receive without your signature to avoid property damage.

uGW800 has undergone rigorous drop and impact tests.

Please check whether the item is damaged and whether the parts are complete before signing. Contact the customer service for more assistance if necessary.

The purchase of uGW800 is non-refundable once order is created, and the order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. A defective equipment (confirmed by team) can be replaced under the terms of the warranty.

uGW800 reserves the right to repair or replace product at its sole discretion.

uGW800 may, at its sole discretion, be refurbished or replaced with a new product.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Products that are second-hand, or purchased from auction sites do not carry any warranty (as we cannot verify that the product has not been tampered with by a previous buyer we cannot reach).

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.

Products offered as replacements under RMA service will continue to be valid for the original product warranty period on the original start date. Warranty dates will not be changed or reset by performing any RMA service.

Failure to use parts provided by the uGW800 results in damage to the machine, voiding the warranty, and all third-party power adapters and POE adapters are “use at your own risk”.

Warranty does not cover products with damaged tamper-evident labels. All product enclosures must remain unopened to be eligible for warranty or replacement.

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions or use of third-party equipment. In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by unauthorized changes, modifications or repairs to the product.
